## What does nylas deliverability send-events breakdown do?

The nylas deliverability send-events breakdown command ranks send counts and delivery, bounce, and complaint rates by sending domain, agent account, or recipient domain. It covers only messages sent from an Agent Account or through Transactional send; messages from connected grants such as Google or Microsoft accounts are not included. Rows past --limit are summed into an (others) row; recipient domain breakdowns cover the last 90 days.

## Usage

```bash
nylas deliverability send-events breakdown [--group-by sending_domain|agent_account|recipient_domain] [--sort KEY:asc|desc] [--limit N] [--json]
```

## Flags

| Flag | Description |
| --- | --- |
| --json | Output as JSON |
| --no-color | Disable color output |
| --verbose(-v) | Enable verbose output |
| --config | Custom config file path |
| --help(-h) | Show help for the command |
| --limit(-n) | Rows to show before the rest are summed into (others), 1-100 |
| --yes(-y) | Skip confirmations |
| --end | Last UTC day, YYYY-MM-DD, inclusive (default: today) |
| --group-by | Dimension: sending_domain, agent_account, recipient_domain (default sending_domain) |
| --sending-domain | Only this sending domain |
| --sort | Sort as <key>:<asc\|desc>; keys: key, sent, delivery_rate, bounce_rate, complaint_rate (default sent:desc) |
| --start | First UTC day, YYYY-MM-DD (default: 6 days before --end) |

## Examples

The nylas deliverability send-events breakdown command ranks send counts and delivery, bounce, and complaint rates by sending domain, agent account, or recipient domain.

### Recipient domains with the highest bounce rate

```bash
nylas deliverability send-events breakdown --group-by recipient_domain --sort bounce_rate:desc
```

### Top 10 agent accounts by volume

```bash
nylas deliverability send-events breakdown --group-by agent_account --limit 10
```

## Troubleshooting

### invalid --start value on a metrics command

Metrics windows take UTC dates in YYYY-MM-DD form, both days included, and can span at most 365 days. Unix timestamps and look-backs are for the activity list commands only.

### No data: recipient_domain breakdowns only cover the last 90 days

Recipient domain data is kept for 90 days. Move --start and --end into that range, or group by sending_domain or agent_account for older windows.
